I got a notification that my subscription had expired. I checked my account and my payment method is up to date. When I click on the Pay Now button, a notification shows up saying "We cannot process your payment at this time. Please try again later."
I can not use my services right now.

once you get into trouble with payment, likely it won't fixed within the day (as the account could be locked for fraud protection). Better to buy a voucher from Shoppers or London Drugs and then load the voucher using My Account or *611

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if you don't mind to wait, please wait an hour before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if you prefer not to wait or still does not work after an hour wait, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
