Did you respond yes to your original carrier's port request text?
Did you activate a physical SIM card or eSIM card?
If physical SIM card, what happens when you put the PM Sim card in your phone? Any service?
Might want to try a simple reboot of your phone first. Sometimes a network of phone is also needed (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
