How do we speak with an actual person? This app really is horribly not user friendly as I try to help an elderly client

You can contact a live person but communicate is all done online. You can contact a CS_Agent through private messaging on the envelope icon on your computer.

The app could be slow but be patient. Are you having issues login or something else?

@Polywog - what is the issue with service you are having? Activating, or lost service all of a sudden?

 

Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below may not be clearly identified for members:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR

2-go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.

Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
