  • Using Public Mobile fm same location since December 2021. Never had No Signal issues.Having signal & connectivity issues since Friday  08/07/2022.Some time No signal, Only One Signal bar or Max 2 Signal Bar.

Problem was resolved

Turn off the phone

Remove SIM

Put back SIM

ReBoot phone

Network Reset of the phone

Changing Network from 4G to 3G

 You have rebooted your phone yet?

Do you have another phone to test the PM Sim?  just want to see if it is device problem

 

Check Telus outage map : TELUS Service Status

 

last, open ticket with PM CS Agent so they can double check any local problem

 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

A few basic troubleshooting advice:

Maybe try rebooting your phone.

Network reset of phone.
