I can’t connect to public mobile and cannot submit ticket.  Getting very frustrated

Service came on to due to a days delay from previous service provider.  Thanks everyone for replying

Are you a new client to Public Mobile and are unable to activate your service? Or are you an existing client who suddenly lost their service? We need a bit more information to help guide you.
