I tried and said the number was unable to be transfer
Then sadly you won't be able to port your number. However, you should reach out to Bell first to confirm this. If they say it can be ported, you may need Public Mobile to manually request it.
If they are unable to port over, here is how you can reach a CS Agent.
To submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type Customer Service and follow the prompts. If you are having any issues, here is a direct link by sending a private message

Use this link to message Customer Support. They may be able to help you activate successfully or maybe grant you a refund if you opt to close the account.

yes, not all numbers can be transferred around . If you checked with the Koodo link and confirmed no, them it cannot be transferred into Telus family

Hi @Sal1956
First, try this link to make sure you can port over the number.
https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do
If you can, it seems to be easier to set the phone up with a temporary number. After doing so, make sure you can make and take calls, make and take text messages and make sure data works. If all works, then you can go into your profile and port over the number. Just make sure your Bell account is active. If it's a landline, it can take up to a week to port over.
