My husband's phone does not have an active plan because I forgot to add the credit card to the file. I dialed *611 to make the payment but don't remember the pin number. Please help
Right now he doesn't have access to the phone

If he is a rush, the other option is to purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and voucher pin.
Vouchers can be purchased at:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

@Allan11 , you should add a credit card to the account. If you have forgotten the account PIN or did not set one, use the link below to update the account PIN.

@Allan11 you can use this link to reset your pin #. You can then make your payment afterwards.
