Just transferred my account to Public Mobile. Installed the eSIM and is not showing my signal bar or if I’m using LTE or 5G . Any suggestions?

Mine is working but no signal on the phone . Maybe is a settings . Is a iPhone

Exactly the same for me….nothing works (no phone, txt, nothing)….

How do I open ticket? They keep automated responses. I really appreciate the help.

Have you tried restarting your phone?  If the service still doesn't work, please got to the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to open at ticket and get the help of a Public Mobiel customer support agent.
