Has anyone ever had an issue where you have an add-on for minutes either to the US or International and you cannot make calls.  I have been chatting pretty much daily with customer service as I have 843 minute of US calling on my account and 943 minutes of international calling but when I try to dial a US number it tells me my call cannot be completed to please try again and then gives me the #156P.  Each time I get a reply from customer service they apologize for the inconvenience and thank me for my patience.  I am losing my patience and can't seem to do anything about it or get anything done by customer service.  I think 2 weeks to resolve an issue is way too long.  What do you folks think?

For US, you can download free VoIP app TextNow and you can make free calls to US

for international, there is really no free solution, other than using app like Whatspp calls or something similar.  Of course, calling card is a choice too

Would you mind sharing where specifically you are trying to call? I know there are some Area Code’s for the US and UK that aren’t supported as well as some countries that aren’t included in the international long distance add-on. 

Calls to 411, 511, Reedly, California (559-726-XXXX), Carroll, Iowa (712-775-XXXX), Lake Park, Iowa (712-432-XXXX), Charles City, lowa (641-552-XXXX), Pine Ridge, South Dakota (605-562-XXXX), Redfield,South Dakota (605-475-XXXX), and Fort Thompsons, South Dakota (605-477-XXXX) are not included. 

Calls made to numbers starting with the following six digit combinations are not included in US calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726. Calls made to numbers starting with the following UK codes are not included in UK calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 4470, 44870-44879, 44843-44845.

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.
