Service won’t turn on

I put top up vouchers on my phone and still says I don’t have an active plan. Please help. Need this phone for work

There may be something else that is not working here.  Buying add on is a two step process.  Paying for the regular plan is not.  When you "make a payment" with a voucher, you are adding funds into the account.  The system automatically applies funds in the account during the renewal process.
