I am new to public mobile. I am using an Iphone.
3G data is not working on my phone.. Please help...
I have already added the Data/APN settings.
restarted my phone many times.

I rentered the apn Settings...
restarted the phone...
and it worked.

@bhavdeep the link @Anonymous provided has the best info for setting up iPhones. You might need a carrier update. IPhones 4 and older also need a special procedure.

.01 MB is used only... rest 1 GB is left.... i inserted the sim yesterday night only.

You can try the lost/stolen trick..go in your self serve account...tab PLAN/ADD-ONS and click on PHONE LOST/STOLEN. Close your phone for 5 minutes and open it again and now click on find my phone...and see what happened and let us know..

This should have everything you need.
Also is it possible that you've used all your data? Do you see data info down in the add-ons area of your overview page?
