I will be outside of Canada for at least 6 months so I wanna terminate my service, however, my Autopay just went through today and I want these fund to be refunded since I won’t need my service at the moment. Can you please help me get this resolved.

If you don't want to lose your phone number after three months, you can enrol in the $10 plan for one month to extend another 3 months. Or some people port their number to a service like fongo.com

Hopefully you will get some good will from the mods.
In your message it would be good to explain why you were unable to disable autopay before your renewal. If this was a planned trip you would have had lots of advance notice of your renewal date.
If you also ask them to change your plan to a 10$ plan you could keep your number by being expired for 90 days then renewing for 10$ for 40 days then letting expire again for 90.

@rafaaasbali, as recommended by @Anonymous, you can check with the moderator team to see what they sort of goodwill they will offer. Generally speaking this service has no refunds. If you had plan to not use your account, you should have taken steps to not renew it. One other thing to remember, letting your account go into suspension for greater than 90 days will result in your phone number being lost when the account closes permanently.
