You can pay with vouchers and dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone to restore service.

if your service is On Hold / Suspended now, you can first login My Account using a browser, then use this link to load enough funds to resume services

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK

first, PM has a 30 days cycle. So, the renewal day will move
also, the way PM shows cycle is confusing. If it says the cycle is from April 9 to May 9, it actually actually does not include May 9th. Since PM is 30 days cycle, April 9th is day 1, you will notice May 8th is day 30, hence May 9th is not included
you can make a payment to resume service. Just login My Account, click pay and Resume Services now button to pay
