Service stopped since Auto renewal date!!

My services stopped on Aug 16 my auto renewal date. Checked my account assumming related to I didnt updated payment credit card that one was expired. Did link to a new credit card, still no service. Tried reboost my phone few times, still absolutely no services, cannot call/text/no data. Althought my account shows I have $0 due and Public Mobile serive bars are showing on top my phone screen. Please help ASAP! Very convinent for two days without phone services!

Yeah, I am reduced to using Skype or alternatives at the moment. The odd thing is that my data is still functioning.  I am not very impressed at the moment.

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

I have been having the same issue as well.  It simply continually tells me to call *611 in order to resolve the matter but there is no option that will solve it.

@YunL sorry to hear about your troubles. 

 

First please try powering off your phone, remove SIM card, reinsert and them turn on the phone and check your service. 

 

If that does not work the please send a private message to @CS_Agent explaining your issue and providing your account and phone number and they will be able to help you.
