Service says expired- I paid

Hello. 

I was awy in Eurpoe for a month so I didn't renew my service and lost my SIM while overseas. When I got home, I updated the sim number and paid my account. My phone didn't work. While trying to make interprovincial call it kept giving me error that I was not eligible for long distance calling. I went in and re-inputted the sim number and now my balance is reading owing and my service expired due to insufficient balance! I do not want to put anymore money in the account since 85$ just evaporated. Can someone help? the fact that there is no number to call about billing is actually very concerning, and I think after all of this, I will leave public mobile. Screwing around with money is not acceptable.
