Hi, I activated yesterday from Freedom and I still don't have a working phone plan. Service is super intermittent and I keep losing it and only a few calls have gone through. I was unable to get a ticket going. Could someone help me?

@spondamali, you mention intermittent service. Is the phone connecting and disconnecting from the network? Perhaps try reseating the SIM card and rebooting the phone. I assume the account has been checked for abnormalities and the number porting has been successful (line at Freedom has been closed). Anyway, the moderator team can be reached via private message using using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. To submit a ticket to Moderators, click on the green Question Mark (at bottom right).
Type "submit a ticket" or "contact us" to get started.
