I tried to transfer my account from Rogers and never got a text message from them. My guess is there for it’s not set up properly. But now I can’t get any texts to try and set it up again. I can’t receive phone calls. Can only do thinks attached to wifi. Please help

It’s for my brothers account - what info do you need for that? How would they reach out to help?

is your rogers account still active and in good standing as it must be in order to transfer successfully. Check your Community in box and I'll send you a number you can call for port assistance.

Public Mobile does not provide customer service over the phone, so that won't make a difference for that.  A customer service is provided online.  I'll ask Public Mobile to contact you.
