Service not working after I changed plans. I cannot call or recieve incoming calls. Data is not working. Not even a text message.

Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.

Under Plan and Add on section. Then there is a tab for lost/stolen phone.

Login to your self-serve account.
Is your account status active?
If yes, you account may not provisioned correctly. Try the stolen/lost phone trick mentioned above post.

You can try the lost/stolen phone trick. In your account, report your phone lost/stolen. Logout. Wait 5 minutes. Login and report your phone found. Re-boot phone. This resets your SIM/account.
