I ported my phone from Koodo a good few days ago. On Monday, the line was dropped from Koodo, but it still hasn't been assigned to Public Mobile. I get the usual "6UM1/6UT3" message, and have pm'ed the mods. They are taking almost 48hours between each private message response and it's killing me.
I expect 2-3 more messages to allow them to gain access to my account, I'm worried this will take another week to solve.
Any suggestions what I can do? I know this is a flanker brand but I just want to use my phone.

I sent a private message to moderator team 2 days ago and got a reply from moderator this morning 42 hours which is within the offical response time of 48 hours.

@emmaty Look around the community and you'll see many, many threads about people waiting far longer than normal. They are very backlogged at the moment. Please try to be patient.

@emmaty, a lot of customers are suffering with the protracted moderator team response times. There is not much that can be done when they are needed to resolve an issue. I do find it odd that each back and forth response takes days. Normally, the initial feedback from the moderators can take a few days. Unless it is end of day and the moderator handling the case goes home for the day, the back and forth exchange of information happens pretty fast. That has been my experience anyway.
