Recently tried to port a number from Fido. Credit card was charged and got text msg from Fido and authorized the transfer.
I am on the Public mobile network now but no data and calls rings but do not connect.
Can't login through the app at all it just cycles back to the login page.
No clue what to do at this point. Any help is appreciated.

hi @msorkhabi you need support agent to check the activation status. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

Rebooted multiple times, no luck. I can't login to the app keep receiving the "Forbidden A1" error.

Sounds like the phone needs to be rebooted. For iPhones, go to Settings, General and scroll to the bottom to select shutdown. Wait 30 seconds and power the phone back on.

Yes. As mentioned, calls ring but do not connect. Phone shows LTE on the public network but there is no data.

you didn't say so I'll ask...did you put the new PM sim in phone, and reboot ?
