I am currently away from home for a job and wont be home for another week, I just setup my subscription and selected to have a SIM mailed to my home address. Is has my 30 days on my plan started right now or will it start once I do the activation using the phone app? I saw that my card was charged (although that may be a hold), I am worried I jumped the gun on this and may need to cancel if its started already.
I attempted to contact support for information but was unable to do so successfully.

My didn’t start till I actived the card and connected the phone. So I think you are good

@Hermansonj No worries the plan won’t start until you get the SIM card and activate it on the app . And then be billed every 30 days after you activate the sim
