Have a look at devicecheck.ca to rule that out.

hi @Seejones I saw your other post about buy new esim, did you delete your old esim? it ever work?

are you setting up a new PM account and can't get service yet ? Are you attempting to port your number in to your new PM account ? If so, here's some reading for your enjoyment....https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/transfer-your-number

@Seejones  Maybe you need get support to re provision  the sim for you , use this direct link  to them

I have tried that but I have a esim card

@Seejones  Have you tried rebooting the phone or reset network settings can you try sim in another phone to test . And is  your account active or on hold also check
