Are you a new customer or an existing customer that changed plans? Do you have a Public Mobile sim card or esim? @Xiaodongsabrina Do you mean you have no service in the USA or do you have no service in Canada, or both? If you're in the USA you need to be connecting to either AT&T or T-Mobile (not Verizon) and set the phone to 4G/LTE and have data roaming turned on More details would help, like where you are and does anything work at all?
