Hi I noticed today that my phone keeps going to SOS instead of any bars and I have tried turning my phone on and off and it was perfectly fine yesterday and the website is down saying March 4 and 5 macitence but now May 12th and just want to know what is going on as Public Mobile is ok when it's working but when anything is down it's impossible to get answers on what's going on when you can't talk to CSR on the phone. I wish Public Mobile would have a better customer service but the whole industry has no customer service.
Anyone else having networking problems in Surrey or Langley?

iphone 12, when I drove down the road I got 5G+ and worked, of course this needs to happen when I have very important medical phone appointments

Which phone are you using? Several customers are having voice issues due to Telus network changes especially if your phone is older and not VoLTE compatible with Public mobile.

yeah my phone is still dropping calls and going to emergency calls only, when a few days ago it was working fine, this is very annoying when trying to talk to doctors about important information and I am cutting out every 2 minutes. But I do notice some areas in Metro Vancouver I go to has bad reception where data won't work or hard to make a call but weird it was fine a few days ago and now barely works

You are the second member that indicated an upgrade in March.
It seems that tge PM app is working fine. Try the app and see if it is working for you.

There's a known Telus outage in the Langley area due to infrastructure upgrades and maintenance. https://www.telus.com/outages
They're working to fix it, and it says it should be resolved and operational in the early morning.
