Try toggling airplane mode on/off.
Go thru all of your settings. It sounds like a settings issue in your phone.

Do you have access to mobile data at night or do you have access to Wi-Fi? If your mobile data is unaffected then your text should not be affected either as text will work on both the 3G and the 4G LTE networks.

Not currently and the interruption is on and off throughout the night time

@genioveva , by chance do you have some sort of timed do not disturb setting that is interfering with talk and text?

contact PM support team by private message CS_Agent to check your account.
Check the status of service outages if found something then reporting in same site.
also check Cellular Towers Map Telus or Bell.

Where you are? city and province? and what phone do you have? brand and model?
did you try to reboot every time it has problem?
did you reseat the sim card (power down first, take sim card out for a minute before you put it back and power up)
Also you have another phone to test? Try to put your sim card in another phone and see if it works

Perhaps these are workings of overnight services to towers in your area. How long has it been like this?
