Patchy service in multiple areas of Montreal where i would lose service out of nowhere and it would come back after 10 seconds am i the only one

Someone mentioned something similar the other day, not sure where they were, but it turned out to be a phone problem because when the sim was put in another phone it worked fine. Just another possibility to consider and eliminate. Does it happen when you're stationary, or when you're moving around the city?

@Ben_Spencer24 How is it now? It's not showing any outage. You can also ask others if anyone is using Telus/Koodo/PM near you and having similar issues. Public Mobile uses the same Telus network so outages reported there would also affect Public Mobile customers.

It’s not an outage it’s random service outage i used to be on Telus service and never had this issue

there is no report outage in Montreal at the moment:

Try to reboot the phone once. Try on different netowrk mode, 3G, 4G or 5G and see if it works better
