why did i not get credit for my rewards on my subscription change to 90 day subscription

Did you do an immediate plan change? Or next renewal? Rewards would normally be paid in on the last day. I hope you didn't switch to points.

When you changed did you select "Change on your next renewal date"? Because if you changed before your next renewal date you will not have rewards applied.

Please note that when changing over to a 90 subscription for the first time you will only receive 1x rewards. On the second billing cycle you will receive 3x the rewards.
