How can I cancel my service without the number or email address associated with this account. I have the credit card associated with this account and I really don't want to have to cancel it. Any help?

This seems a little shy on info . Can't the OP just call their credit card company and stop payment . No need to cancel the card just cancel the payment ?

Do you still have your phone, or did you just lose your number. I believe you can find our your own number by following the steps below:
Settings > About phone/device > Status/phone identity > Network

If you are the owner of the credit card connected to this Public Mobile account/phone number, call your credit card company and put a stop payment on future charges to Public Mobile...unless of course, you have other accounts, you do not want ceased.
When payment is stopped on accounts they will go into Suspended status. In Suspended status for 90 days the account automatically closes and the number is lost/gone.
But, If there is Available Funds in the account to cover the balance of a renewal it will renew until there is not enough to renew another time.

My question is how can you not have the number (I was thinking phone number or do you mean account number)? You will need to be able to confirm identity someway through the moderators

Do you know your renewal date? Or close to it? Just put your card on hold for that day or two... the autopay will fail and your service won't renew. It will be automatically cancelled after 90 days.

@m_adrian1975 : Do you have the SIM that is attached to the account? Can you insert it into a phone?
Do you have the 4 digit PIN? It was made at activation and texted to the phone with the SIM in it?

You'll need access to at least disable autopay (and preferably to delete the credit card information). Since you don't know the phone number, is this someone else's account and you were allowing that person to use your credit card? If so, you won't be able to access it or have moderators make any changes to the account, and you'll have no choice to contact your card issue to either block future charges or to change your credit card number.
