Hi all, We had a very brief power blip 20 minutes ago and my phone has been saying "No Service" since then. I have checked the map at https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages and it doesn't show anything (@12:20PM). Anyone know what is going on?

and my account is active and i tried to put the sim card in different phone that used to work.. reboot, clear the setting... network is definitely down.

do you can check with your address they mention for each area is different Active outage.
also can you log in to Self-Serve, to your account status Active ?

Yup, the map is now showing an outage but the notes only mention internet and TV service as being out. I'm sure it is related and will probably fix the cell service when they fix the other. @VIP_Tech Thanks for reminding me to reboot - didn't change the situation but I should have tried it before I posted.

That blip would mean that cell towers lost power. Wow. That is bad. I thought they have some kind of battery back-up.
Anyway, wait a little bit; who knows how long towers need to reboot.
