Anybody give me a link to send a message to a customer service agent? The prompts that this chat is giving me do not work. My phone no longer works the way it should because there’s something wrong with the eSIM and the coverage for Public Mobile is atrocious. I need a human to get involved or I’m just gonna cancel everything and tell everyone that I had switched over to Public Mobile to do the same This is the worst service ever

I can only access the inbox with your link. When I sign in, i put in the texted code and press go to portal and it brings me back to asking for another texted 6 digit code. This is ridiculous. They ask for all the info the got 2 weeks ago when they “fixed” it. How is it the only way to get into support help is through your messages. Terrible service. They can’t even email me directly
