Public mobile cards occasionally go on sale for $5 instead of their usual $10+tax price. Currently the are BOGO free online at public mobile. In my recent experience they take 7 days (5 business days) to be shipped via Canada Post and arrive in your mail.
You can certainly promote and sell pm Sim cards and/or refer new customers with your referral code in your own community. Any self promotion for personal gain is not allowed on public mobile's community forum or spamming of private message accounts. But what you do in your private life is up to you and many of us employ different methods of referring customers so that we achieve a $0 phone bill.😁
