Hello
Please grant me the common courtesy of explaining to me the specific directions to
ACCESS MY TWO SELF SERVE ACCOUNTS so that I can continue to make payments, add money to my accounts, determine my phone call details and data usage.
I have managed to log into my accounts successfully but the new process does not direct me to the self serve account. All I get is:
"Introducing My Account, Public Mobile's brand new self-serve portal!
It's mobile-optimized and packed with a ton of new features. Purchase plans and add-ons in a single step, view plan usage, and so much more.Click here to know more."

If you had read my message, it states that I logged in successfully.
The Issue Is:

@Melvs Hi if you activated in store you need to create an account if you activated online you go to my accounts type in your email and password if you are not sure contact a cs agent to open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent Click here or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here: https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH

@Melvs You're trying the My Account to login? Here's the link to My Account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
Here's the link to My Rewards, which is separate login but same email/password login as your self serve: https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards
edit: @Melvs I've just tried logging into my self serve and had no problems. If this is the first time you're trying to login since PM rolled out the new designed self serve account, you'll need to enter a 6 digit code which can be sent to your email or phone. You can also disable it for future logins if you want.
