This isn't something that a Public Mobile customer should usually be contacted about.  it's important for customers on a self serve carrier not to contact customer supprot unnecessarily.  In most cases, this isn't necessary for changing to a new sim card even if the old one has been lost.  The code to access the Public Mobile self serve account can be sent by voice messages (which can be accessed by calling the number from a different phone) or by e-mail.

Hello,

First, I lost my old sim card;

Second, I got a brand new public mobile sim card.

Now I need customer support from PM's help to verify me and activate the new sim card for me. Can someone reach out to me, thanks.

Hey @WhyNickname

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area. $10

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Or if your phone can do eSIM, it's $5 through the app and then everyone after that is free.

you don't need support help to get a new sim card.  But from Telus or Koodo stores around you (ask for Public Mobile SIM card)

after you have the sim card, them ask PM to help to update the sim card  number on your account , you will need to message them here
