My calculation for 30days for 150days is accurately yet you deducted the next month on the last day of the month. I asked for refund as same day I cancelled my account and you do not give me. A bunch of scammers!

If you are moving to another mobile provider, @Jason0413 , see if you can hold off on that move for another cycle, and just keep this service going for another 29 days.
Of course, if you already ported to another provider, or are discontinuing cell service altogether, this suggestion won't work.
Just a thought.

Public mobile billing system can be confusing at times. As mentioned, the payment cycles is 30 days (not monthly). That is why the payment date changes each month by a day or so.
It is automatic and nobody at Public mobile is trying to scam any customer.

hi @Jason0413
not sure if you aware, PM is using a 30 days cycle. You might see your cycle showing Nov 1 to Dec 1, with 30 days cycle, the day that you paid for in fact is Nov 1 to Nov 30, the Dec 1st is when it will charge you next
Similarly, if the plan Shows Dec 1 to Dec 31, the actual days you paid is Dec 1 to Dec 30, and PM will charge you a new cycle on Dec 31st. I think you miscount for 1 day. But sorry, no refund here
