I just activated on December 5, but when I went to register my account today it said my account was suspended and to make a payment. So I loaded ANOTHER $40 it still says my account is suspended and
So am I now paid up until Mar 4?! or am I suspended or what?! Why did my plan expire on Dec 5, when that was the day i purchased and activated the $40 in vouchers??

@Rbrewis01 Access selfserve click on the payment history link to get a better idea of what happened. If it still doesn't make sense then submit a ticket to PM by doing the following:

@Rbrewis01 If your phone services aren't working, you need to contact Moderators.
If your phone is still working, before contacting Moderators, make sure the account you're logged on matches the phone. Is the phone number on the account correct?
Is there anyone else on Public Mobile using the same computer? Try clearing your browser cache and relogging on your account. Are there any changes to your account?
