@cluedee, when you access or change your plan, you have two options, 'Change Plan Now' or "Change Plan on Renewal Date". It sounds like you wanna change now.
If you are out of minutes for talking, I would go with the $25 plan, which is unlimited talking and texting. And you get 1gig of data versus 250mb! This would be probably more cost-efficient than the add-on ($5) especially if you are planning to make the unusual unlimited phone calls as per social distancing. Yes, it does cost $10 per month, but with unlimited calling, you won't have to scrounge or watch how many minutes you have left on your plan

@cluedee wrote:I ran out of minutes I tried renewing my plan. activating a new plan adding add ons NOTHING WORKS just keeps saying theres a credit on my account and my plan will renew on april 12th. I cant wait that long.
@cluedee If you ran out of minutes the best thing to do is to purchase the 500 minute Canada wide add-on for $5. The minutes stay in your account until all used up. It's a great way to have a backup when your regular plan minutes get all used up before the 30 days.
Just access you selfserve select the Plan & Add-ons tab and purchase it.

@cluedee is your account suspended? Is there a reactivate account button? If there is
You may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online

2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or You can also use 611 to make your payment.:
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.

Let us know if it works. Thanks
