Hello - I am on the $45 plan and have been for a while. I am not on auto pay and just tried to renew my account as I normally do. Instead of the usual $45+ hst, the system said I only owe $6 (apparently I had a $4 credit). Why am I not being prompted to pay the full $45?

I’m not sure I understand you - this has nothing to do with my browser. I always pay each month by calling in and the automated service said the same thing. I don’t think we are experiencing the same issue if yours was corrected by your browser.

@Jordanad I had the same problem yesterday with my self-serve account. But I changed my browser for the incognito mode and it was correct that way...

Can you throw up a few screen caps of your online account? Make sure to blank out all the personal information. This obviously doesn't make any sense.
