My service has just been cancelled because of no payment BUT I have autopay????

Well, I am still waiting for a reply after giving my info to the Moderator yesterday.
I have managed to reinstate my service by using a different credit card. No idea why the original quit working.

I hate this too, sorry about your troubles. you have to message a moderator @CS_Agent since the forumn users have no ability to go inside your account / deal with these types of issues. Make sure to include your pin / phone number / registered e-mail (to the mod, not post it public)
