Samsung galaxy A15 5g issue

So my samsung galaxy A15 5g is supposed to be 5g i do have a 5g plan issues with calling out  all of a sudden and cant cant add apn for public mobile only says mobile internet when i try to add a new apn it wont save even contacted support and no help

it is just call related

it could be related with the fact that your phone is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist

Telus is refarming all of their 850 to 10 MHz LTE B5 in their markets, mainly BC, AB, Windsor, Ottawa, GTA area Montreal, Quebec City.   Bell has not done this, so it won't affect area that has Bell networks which Telus/PM use

You can confirmed with PM support if your phone is impacted, likely it is

on the samsung galaxy i couldnt make calls something happened but it showed internet

If they didnt it, go back to support and ask them to please refresh your account. Hopefully that will solve it.

My umidigi does not have volte just the samsung

i have two phones both 5g, when i make calls on the umidigi it drops to 4g but data shows 5g

the samsung galaxy A15 5g started acting up today where i couldnt make any calls and it will only show hd 3g so i factory reset it after getting mad enough, but i could make a call and accept a call on my umidigi, i cant add a correct apn on my samsung it wont save

You have two phones?  Is the issue with the Samsung or an Umdigi?

So you are able to connect to the internet,  just can't make calls?

yesterday it showed 5g then today no 5g  just lte 3g tried several times to make out calls my phone kept hanging up before even ringing i already factory reset the phone bought it off Amazon trying to add apn for public mobile it wont save

hi @Cora3 

do you only have trouble with calling?  If it is calling, it has nothing to do with APN.  So, make sure your phone connects to PM network and data works

you also said problem with calling out, how about inbound calls? you receive them?

Try Reset network settings and see if it works
