From your AI research, the last line said it all: VoLTE guaranteed: NOT always (carrier-dependent)
In this case, PM maintains it own VoLTE whitelist. Generally, it prefers phones designed and sold in North American as well as more recent models. Phones targeted for overseas markets (Europe and Asiaz etc) or older phones that are 4+ years old generally are not compatible.
Again, as said above, with Samsung, you need a S22 or newer model to be compatible with PM network

Sorry @nijoynn , while Galaxy S10+ has VoLTE, it is not compatible with PM's VoLTE network. You need a newer phone or you will lost your voice services. If you are staying with Samsung, you will need at least a S22 or newer model to be compatible with PM network
As the S10 is now 7 years old and no longer has OS or security updates from Samsung, getting a newer device is highly recommended to avoid potential security vulnerabilities.
