I want out of my plan with public Mobile you still haven't gott my account working you useless to me absolutely useless,  thank you for taking my money and not fixing my account I'm not expecting any help after this long keep my **bleep**in money you thieves but I want someone to contact me to take my payment off there and how to cancel my service I don't trust public Mobile enough to believe you won't take money every month even tho I can't sign in HURRY UP PLEASE and now I have to post this on social media sites so you don't so this more people

Yo are talking to customers here. PM staff does not take requests and seldom visit this forum

Open a ticket through chatbot. Type 'ticket' and follow prompts.

@Craig83  Did you send a private message to support as suggested (you don't need to be logged in to your account to do that, just this community) and checked the envelope top right or tapped your avatar to check for replies at Messages?  Support doesn't usually take this long but it can happen.
