New user on Public.
Esim did not activate for me. Purchased a second one and it also did not work. Data shows as SOS.
Purchased a physical sim. Still SOS.
Have restarted phone XR, checked settings, tried reaching out to the chat agents, and still no service.
Checked Primary and secondary settings and no luck.
Any one else having this issue and not get ANY help?
What is wrong with it?

Hi! yes i did update the sim card from esim to physical and can see the physical sm card showing on my profile now. still showing SOS

Since you submitted a ticket to a CS_Agent. You will have to wait for their reply. Keep an eye on your avatar top right and under Messages. Depending on how busy they are. It may take up to 4 hours.

did you update the sim card number for the physical sim ?
anyway, ask PM to check . You cannot open Chatbot ticket now, so message them using this link:
