hi @Kalter996
the esim probably is installed and just not configured properly
you might first make sure the old carrier sim is removed or disabled if it is an esim
And Go to Settings-> Cellular or sim manager and make sure the Public Mobile esim is there and enabled (or Turn on this line option is enabled) and set as Primary. Then Reset Network Settings.
In case you don't see a Publc Mobile esim there, check the Welcome email from PM and there is a QR code to scan and install the esim

I switched old Fido number to PM rSim. Transfered phone number. Bit right now I'm not getting any messages nor calls because this option is lost.

You have shared very limited information for anyone here on the community to assist you. All people are going to do now is post general guesses. If you could share more information, maybe we could assist you better. Example, are you new to Public Mobile, did you port over from somewhere else, are you a long time customer, did this start just recently if you are a long term customer, what phone are you using. You see what I'm getting at?

hi @Kalter996
new subscribers? if you are, make sure you removed the old sim card, disable or esim.
Next, make sure PM sim is enabled as set with label Primary.
Last, try reboot your phone and click Reset Network Settings
Test again. But if same, ask PM agent to help to refresh the account. Please submit ticket by direct message:
