I’m stuck in an initial activation loop asking for a physical SIM number, but I need to use eSIM instead for this new phone. I had ordered a physical SIM originally thinking I could use it, but I cannot on this phone.

Good luck on responses. Raised a ticket, esclated to tech team. I have waited 5 days while the technical team was suppose to call me back. Better to just port out.

once a sim type is chosen, you cannot really change it. You will need to ask PM support agent to see what option do you have at this point.
