SMS text messaging not working

My SMS texts are not being delivered for the last few days. I have received some SMS messages during this time. Any one else experiencing this? How do I fix it?

iPhone or Android? First try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings. 

and if you have Android, best to uninstall Google Message, reboot and reinstall
