Phone not receiving calls

Switched over to public mobile from bell 

 

everything seems to work, texts, data and phone calls going out but it won’t receive calls and goes directly to voicemail???? Any suggestions?

hi @Kyle2026 you already have the PM sim card in the phone?  make sure the Bell sim card is removed and Bell eSIM is disabled, then try Reboot the phone once more and check inbound calls

if you still cannot receive calls, try this again in an hour or try in the morning.

I did respond yes, but it hasn’t been 5 hours yet

@Kyle2026  Did you reply YES to the confirmation text from bell ? Check if your bell sim still works if it’s been more then 5 hours and you did reply YES then port didn’t complete and if you didn’t reply YES then it certainly didn’t complete and you will need to have the port request re triggered you can get up date from porting team to verify

Try resetting the Network setting and reboot the phone.
