Thanks for the help.
At the end of the day CS agent was able to assist.
Issue was they ask for 13 digit account number from previous provider. However I only had a 9 digit account number so I added 4 zeroes at the beginning in order to continue but somehow that turned out to be incorrect and so they cancelled my request.
All fixed now thank you.

I can only call out and have data.
I do not have send code to email option.

are you able to make and receive calls?
if only text an issue, it is more an iMessage problem. You can reboot the phone first, then remove the phone number from iMessage settings, reboot again and then enter the number one more time. And because of the Black Friday activateion, the iMessage re-registration could take long, just be patient and wait

You can click on... "Didn't Get Code". If there is SEND TO EMAIL... try that. If it's not there, create a ticket.
