Ported my phone number from freedom to PM. It's been over 24 hours and I'm still not able to receive any SMS. Data, calls (outgoing and incoming), and SMS outgoing works.
Tried rebooting my phone and turning off/on imessage but didn't work. Submitted a customer support request but heard nothing. Any other tips on how I can get this resolved ASAP?

Submitted the ticket and still haven't heard anything back. Are you able to provide the porting team support phone number?

look like your PM Sim and account was not setup properly on the system.
YOu will need PM agent to help. submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
