@Johnmersey, are you referring to the 6-digit verification code that is sent by PM? if you are not receiving it you should be able to click on the link "did not receive code" and then select to resend the code by email
Also, are you usually able to send out and receive text messages?

Support just got back to me saying it's a synchronization issue - they're working on it.

I think I'm in the same situation. I replied "yes" over 2.5 hours ago, and pretty quickly got an SMS from 611 after switching to the new PM SIM (not 100% sure it was the new SIM, possibly still the old one, but I think I already switched). However, no other in/out SMS since then (including several attempts at 6-digit codes), and no outgoing calls. Don't know if anyone tried calling me yet. Restarted phone a couple of times.

More details would be helpful.
Did you port your number from another carrier? If you did port, did you respond "yes" to the port request text? It can take 1-2 hours for the port to be completed.
What about incoming phone calls?
