PM SIM delivery time is now more reasonable. Don't think it is slow like before. But again, it could be lost.

Unfortunately, PM ships SIM cards out by snail mail. Depending on your location it should be arriving soon but contact a CS_Agent and inquire about it.

If you have received the order placed email then reply to that email to get the status.
Or open a ticket here by clicking the blurb on the bottom right or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent.

It usually takes 2 weeks or about to receive SIM from PM. But it might take longer due to not enough staff to handle requests. Plus Canada Post is slow these days...

HI @Azade Yes, PM used to send SIM very slow. But lately, they have speed it up and customers usually get it within a week.
Open ticket with PM Support and have them investigate or resend you one
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

@Azade Generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive. Have you received an order processed email at all?
